Forge AI help and support
Forge AI is available to authorized members of an existing Forge organization. Your organization administrator manages workspace access and company-tool availability.
Get help
Email support@arveniq.xyz from the address on your Forge account. Include your organization and workspace name, device model, operating-system version, and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords, provider tokens, wallet recovery phrases, prompts, or confidential files.
Access problems
If sign-in succeeds but a workspace or company tool is unavailable, contact your organization administrator first. They can confirm membership, role, and workspace policy without asking you to disclose credentials.
Privacy and account choices
Review the Privacy Policy or follow the account-deletion process for an account request that can be started outside the app.
